Team Development 

We facilitate team workshops that enable acceleration of team relationships, performance and growth. Workshops are always customised to meet your organisational context and objectives. 

These sessions often incorporate psychometric assessments to enhance self-awareness. Popular assessments are SHL's Team Impact styles and the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI) . These are powerful assessment tools that have helped millions of people around the world better understand themselves and how they interact with others. Customised workshops can be designed to interpret individual results and to analyse communication styles or other social dynamics and group objectives. Workshop times are flexible to suit the team’s needs and can often form an introductory supplement to a broader team workshop, whether it be a strategy session or development day.


Coaching

We have undertaken a variety of coaching assignments at all levels of organisations. These have included executive and operational coaching assignments in a range of industries across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. As Psychologists, our coaching utilises diagnostics such as personality and motivation assessments, 360 degree feedback, and structured workplace observations in order to provide useful diagnostics and rigour to the coaching process. In-depth feedback is provided through these diagnostics with a focus on practical insights and recommendations. We work with each individual, their line manager and HR to ensure the coaching goals are agreed upon and supported by all. The duration and number of sessions are dependent on an individual’s needs.


Psychologist Supervision & Endorsement

We are Psychology Board of Australia (PBA) approved supervisors. We can provide principal or secondary supervision for Organisational and Clinical Psychologist Registrars looking for Endorsement by the PBA and provisionally registered psychologists, as well as general support for other mental health professionals. Supervision is essential to ensuring high standards of professional practice within the industry. Regular supervision can help professionals monitor and review the quality of their work as well as client, customer, or project progress.
