Fel is an experienced Organisational Psychologist with over 15 years of consulting and in-house organisational development experience. He has a deep understanding of organisational and leadership development, and implementation of strategic change. Fel’s consulting spans all employee levels across industries including education, research, resources, oil and gas, professional services, finance, insurance and government (Federal, State and Local).

Fel also assists with improving employee engagement using a blend of culture surveys and strategic design to create a thriving workplace.

Prior to founding Perquiro, Fel worked as a senior consultant for CEB SHL Talent Measurement Solutions (then SHL) and in senior internal organisational development roles in the resources, finance, oil & gas, and insurance industries.
