Team Development 

We develop and facilitate team workshops that enable the acceleration of team relationships, performance, and growth using a combination of design thinking and psychological principles. Our team alignment sessions with Team Canvas or other similar tools get everyone in the team on the same page about the team’s purpose, goals, aspirations, needs, and ways of working.

Psychometric assessments can also be included in these sessions to improve self-awareness and promote a better understanding of team members' differences, allowing for better utilisation of strengths and to overcome challenges. Customised workshops using these assessments can be designed to interpret individual results and to analyse communication styles or other social dynamics and group objectives. Workshop times are flexible to suit the team’s needs and can often form an introductory supplement to a broader team workshop, whether it be a strategy session or development day.


Coaching

We offer coaching services at all levels of organisations, often using diagnostics such as personality and motivation assessments, 360-degree feedback, and structured workplace observations to provide rigorous and useful diagnostics.

Our coaching process focuses on practical insights and recommendations, and we work closely with each individual, their line manager, and HR to ensure coaching goals are agreed upon and supported. Coaching sessions are tailored to each individual’s needs, and the duration and number of sessions are determined accordingly. We have expertise in individual assignments and large-scale coaching programs, as well as the implementation of peer-to-peer and group coaching.

Psychologist Supervision & Endorsement

We are Psychology Board of Australia (PBA) approved supervisors. We can provide principal or secondary supervision for Organisational and Clinical Psychologist Registrars looking for Endorsement by the PBA and provisionally registered psychologists, as well as general support for other mental health professionals. Supervision is essential to ensuring high standards of professional practice within the industry. Regular supervision can help professionals monitor and review the quality of their work as well as client, customer, or project progress.
